Terms and Conditions
Our Professional plan now offers a one-time-use device replacement warranty for each type of device that we cover. This means very specifically: if you purchased a Professional plan with us, and you have clear proof of no longer having access to the device registered to the UDID you provided us, we will replace your old UDID in our system with a new UDID. This will have the following actions:
- Your new device will process with Apple and be registered under our service normally. Your service will continue to remain active for 365 days from your initial purchase date with us.
- You will receive new mobile provisions containing certificates that work for the new device you are registering with us.
- You will no longer be able to run commands such as /getcert or /getapp with us that allow you to recieve certificates that work for the device with your old UDID, or the latest version of our KravaSigner application meant to run on the device with your old UDID. Instead, these commands will provide you with certificates for the device with the new UDID you provide us, and the latest version of our KravaSigner application meant to run on the device with your old UDID.
- The device with your old UDID will no longer be covered or supported by us in any way, and your 365 revocation warranty will be applicable on your new device for 365 days from your initial purchase date with us.
(Please note very specifically this warranty is able to be used, providing you have clear proof of no longer having access to the device registered to the UDID you provided us, ONE TIME during your year of service per each type of device slot we offer. One time per iPhone, one time per iPad, one time per iPod, one time per Apple Watch, one time per Vision Pro, one time per Mac, and one time per Apple TV.)
Requirements to recieve this one-time warranty
- You are a professional plan user with us.
- You have not used this warranty already for the device type in question during your year of service.
- You no longer have access to your old device for any reason, including but not limited to (device repair that changes UDID, broken device, device trade in, etc).
- You can send us clear proof of the old device no longer being used, including but not limited to (Apple Care reciepts, device trade-in reciepts, photographic or video evidence this device is no longer usable including proof of the current date, etc)
- You understand in full that your old device will NOT be supported with us for any reason, and your new device will be.
