Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to receive your certificate?

  • The standard processing time is 72 hours from Apple. We have no control over this limitation, for further reading about this please refer to the Apple Documentation.

What happens if I want to change my device?

  • If you lost, upgrade, or replace your device and have a Professional plan, please read the terms at Replacement Warranty before making a ticket to enquire for a replacement certificate. If you are on a Standard plan, you would need to repurchase as the certificate provided is linked to the UDID of the device and cannot be changed in accordance with Apple policies.

What happens if my certificate gets revoked?

  • In the rare event your certificate is revoked, all plans are equipped with a 365 days warranty and a new certificate will be issued for your device. We do not provide replacements when a replacement is revoked.

What is a device cooldown/blacklist?

  • A device cooldown is an additional hold after the standard 72 hour processing time Apple places on provisioning a device. This can range from an extra 14 days to 30 days, however the average is around 14 days. This occurs when your device has been revoked from a previous developer certificate in the past recently. This does not apply to enterprise certificates.
